Line of Credit

On a case-by-case basis, we will extend a line of credit to customers based on our relationship. For this we have conversations, not policies.

Order Cancellation

All cancellations must be in writing. Customers are responsible for any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Payment Methods/Billing

We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

When using a credit card on orders not requiring a deposit, we authorize the card to include estimated shipping and tax however do not collect the funds until the order ships.

Our processor can work with AMEX.

Returns/Refunds/Claims

We highly recommend you inspect your order within 48 hours for any damaged products, missing items or imprinting errors. Report any problems within 5 business days from receipt of the order.

If only a small percentage of items are affected, you will receive a refund/credit for them.

Because the order is a customized product and cannot be restocked, returns are not accepted without agreement of all parties
