Before the internet was a mighty force in commerce, we started in the promotional product industry in 1995 serving Indianapolis IN and the surrounding counties. It was a relationship-based business, done mostly in person. We communicated via phone, fax and occasional email. (If clients had one!)
On landing those sought-after big accounts, a friend and mentor encouraged us to take care of the forgotten and low-lying fruit and get in line for the big ones. He was telling us to serve well those who really need the help of a professional but are overlooked by most promotional product companies. In due time, some big ones will come.
He was right.
However we learned we really have a heart for the people working in small businesses and in this new internet dominated industry, they are still our main focus.
With this in mind, we have developed a unique approach to serving this special market by simplifying the overwhelming product offerings and confusion that is the promotional product industry. Along the way we hope to stay old-school within this new-school, tech driven economy.
